What countries do we ship to?

We ship to United States, Canada, United Kingdom, France, Spain, Germany, Netherlands, Ukraine, Japan, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Ireland, Norway, Portugal, Sweden, Switzerland, Brazil, Russia, Italy, Argentina, Chile, Mexico and all Other Countries.

What is the shipping cost?

We offer FREE shipping on all order over $60 (please be advised that restrictions may apply on some orders). For any orders less than $60, there is a Flat Fee shipping price, and the rate is based on your country or region.

What payment methods are accepted?

Payment can be made through our site by debit card or credit card or by PayPal. All payment transactions are processed through our partner, PayPal processing interface. Please be assured that all credit card and debit card transactions are processed securely off-site by PayPal and you do not need a PayPal account to pay by debit card or credit card (you do not also need to log in to PayPal to complete your purchase). United States, Canada: 8-15 Business Days

United Kingdom, France, Spain, Germany, Netherlands, Ukraine, Japan, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Ireland, Norway, Portugal, Sweden, Switzerland: 10-20 Business Days

Brazil, Russia, Italy, Argentina, Chile, Mexico: 15-35 Business Days

All Other Countries: 10-25 Business Days

What happens when my orders is recieved?

Once PayPal processes your purchase transaction and we receive your payment, we will start to process your order. All items will go through strict Quality Control checks and are well packed before they are shipped out. Normally the processing time will take around 3-4 business days. If there is any problems about your order in processing, we will contact you immediately you. That is why it is important to input correct contact email and phone number. Please read our Privacy Policy if you have any concerns. Note*: In orders with more than one item, the processing time will be based on the item with the longest processing time. Please bear in mind that delivery time = processing time + shipping time. You can review our Shipping Info for complete information on shipping.

How to Follow my Package?

We will email you the shipping information after your order is shipped out. You can also view the shipping status in your account. Once we have shipped the item, the tracking status will take a few days to be updated online by the shipping company. Therefore, please hold on for a few more days and try checking again later.

What is your Returns Policy?

Customer’ s satisfaction is our priority and we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from the date your items were received. However, you must start a claim for a refund/exchange immediately within 15 days from delivery and you receiving your order(s). For proper processing, follow the steps outline in the Returns Policy. Please contact our Customer Support Team if you have a returns request. We will provide you with a return RMA form.

What is PayPal and why do I have to use PayPal for Payments

PayPal is a secure and trustworthy global payment processing service which allows you to shop online. Currently all our payment transactions are processes through PayPal. When you make a purchase on DowntownFashionMall.com, PayPal processes your payment transaction(s). PayPal stores your credit card data, and it is encrypted through their Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted or handled by PayPal as you elected if you are a PayPal account member.
